SignWriter Java was a word processor for SignWriting. It featured a graphical user interface, integrated sign dictionary, and the ability to write documents using vertical columns of text.
SignWriter Java was compatible with documents created by the original SignWriter application, and converted these documents to use higher-resolution SignWriting symbols.
